We were blessed by Brian’s little brother, Dan, to receive a family membership to the Dallas Zoo this year for Christmas. We squeezed in two visits before we moved to Portland, Oregon. They have a really awesome updated children’s area and if you go in the morning on a weekday you pretty much have it to yourself! Thankfully, it’s a reciprocal membership or provides discounts to other zoos/parks around the country so it’s not a total loss! Here’s some pics from when we took Uncle “D Bob” with us on a strangely rainy April day. Of all the animals, Brady was most afraid of the goats. Go figure…. but probably because we put him in the “cage” with the goats lol…
